• Dr. Xin Zhang graduated from Peking University Health Science Center, China, with a Bachelor of Medicine degree in 2001. She obtained her PhD degree in 2007 studying mitosis and its regulation at Indiana University, Bloomington, USA. In 2008, she started postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in the area of chemical biology and cancer cell biology. In 2012, she moved back to China as a principal investigator at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Hefei. She is currently the vice chair of the CAS High Magnetic Field Laboratory. She has published over 90 papers in Journals including PNAS, Current Biology, eLife, PLos Biology, Nano Research, Autophagy and Neuroimage.
